Our family travel with Smart travel was very comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed the internal transfer arrangements, hotels arranged and overall experience. Only reason I would refrain from giving a 5 star is the because of the lack of a travel guide for the places we visited.. but overall we would want to have our future travels with smart travel. We (a group of 18, family and friends) had an amazing trip to Georgia which was wonderfully organised by Smart Travel. Special thanks to Mr Abraham of Smart Travel who worked closely with us from the beginning till the end.
Covering cities Tbilisi & Kutaisi, Points of interests like Kazbegi-Gudauri-Ananuri, the Kahheti wine region and finally the old town of Sighnaghi, the tour was both fulfilling and seamless for us. The meticulous planning and execution by the tour coordinators paid off.
Most commendable factor of our tour was the local tour coordinator Ms Yia, who was very keen to share all about Georgian history and culture, and most importantly speaking fluent English. Shoutout to our cool driver Ramo who drove us around safe & sound and was very friendly.
We were very happy with The hotel accommodation arranged by Smart Travel, which was comfortable and well placed in town centre. The food (and wine) joints they took us were just right and gave us a unique culinary experience.
Looking back, such a packed tour felt smooth and easy and got us rejuvenated. We shall miss many things - The beautiful landscapes of Georgia, The amazing time we had. Yia and Ramo, who quickly became part of our big family, and all these memories shall be in our hearts forever. Once again, a big thanks to Smart Travel Team.
